Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union seeks a detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst in Endwell, NY to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will help provide forward-looking financial insights for balance sheet management and liquidity planning.

Compensation ranges from $28.00/hr to $32.00/hr, with hiring dependent on experience and location. This is an on-site role at our Endwell corporate headquarters.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field; 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and in working with detailed financial models and data analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs and standard office technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support financial budgeting models, including assumptions documentation, scenario analysis, and variance reporting.
• Partner with business leaders and Finance leadership to gather budget inputs and support planning processes.
• Prepare financial analysis related to income statement performance, balance sheet trends, liquidity, investments, and funding strategies.
• Develop reports, analysis, and materials for ALCO, executive leadership, and internal committees.
• Collaborate with Deposit Strategy and other partners to support deposit initiatives and growth scenarios.
• Support liquidity stress testing and provide backup for ALM modeling and reporting.
