Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic analysis. The role focuses on balance sheet management, liquidity planning, and key organizational decisions, with a compensation range of $28.00/hr to $32.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in finance, accounting, business plus 1–3 years of relevant experience; 3–5 years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including detailed financial models and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and standard office technology.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support financial budgeting models, including assumptions documentation, scenario analysis, and variance reporting.
• Partner with business leaders and Finance leadership to gather budget inputs, answer budgeting questions, and support timely, accurate planning processes.
• Prepare financial analysis related to income statement performance, balance sheet trends, liquidity, investments, and funding strategies.
• Develop reports, analysis, and materials for ALCO, executive leadership, and internal committees.
• Collaborate with Deposit Strategy and other internal partners to support deposit initiatives, pricing strategies, and growth scenarios.
• Support liquidity stress testing and provide backup support for ALM modeling and reporting.
