Job summary

Citadel Federal Credit Union in Exton, PA is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. You will support month-end reporting, loan loss allowance calculations and analyses across business lines, driving insights for decision-making.

The role reports to the VP of FP&A and requires at least three years of financial analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle large data sets to inform marketing investments and new product evaluations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial analysis or related experience in finance, consulting, or banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field; concentration in Finance/Statistics preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and solid financial acumen to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, report, and track operational metrics and financial performance.
• Build financial models for decision support and analyze product/segment performance.
• Support marketing investment analysis and new product evaluation across lines of business.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate monthly reporting and update dashboards.
