Rize Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Analyst – FP&A to own the credit union's forward-looking financial picture from budgeting to board-ready projections. You will run annual budget, biannual reforecasts, and maintain a single assumption set for all forecasts.

This role reports to the Vice President, Finance, and requires strong Excel, SQL, and budgeting platform skills with an emphasis on variance analysis and liquidity forecasting.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Ownership of a full annual budget cycle from calendar to Board-approved package.
• Experience building and maintaining multi-year forecasting models.
• Ability to produce variance analysis with a written narrative.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit union/bank balance sheets.

Mansioni

• Lead the annual budget cycle end to end with calendars, templates, and consolidation.
• Build balance sheet and income projections based on approved assumptions.
• Produce volume projections for loan production, deposits, and cash flow.
• Run two biannual reforecast cycles and document changes.
• Maintain forecast models with documentation and traceable inputs.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and narrative explanations.
• Back-test cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity needs.
• Publish Contingency Funding and ALM data reports.
