Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for Deer Run Apartments in Claremore, OK.

The role supports the Community Director and Maintenance Director by handling resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance on-site. Qualifications

• Experience across multiple maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction is essential.
• Previous property maintenance experience is preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint, repair drywall, fix lighting, and perform basic carpentry tasks.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful Deer RunApartments!

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.
