Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Fox Run Apartments in Conway, AR. The role supports the Community Director and Maintenance Director by handling tenant repair requests and performing preventative maintenance on-site.

The position includes on-site living with a rent discount and benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. HVAC or CPO certification is a plus and a background check/drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint walls, repair drywall, fix lighting, and perform basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful Fox RunApartments!

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
