Job summary

Deer Run Apartments in Claremore, OK seeks a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director with resident repairs and preventive maintenance.

This on-site role includes living on-site with a generous apartment rent discount. You will respond to repair requests, perform general maintenance tasks, and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint, repair drywall, fix lighting, and do basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

Deer Run - Maintenance Technician

Full Time Regular Deer Run, Claremore, OK, US

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful Deer RunApartments!

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled
