Job summary

Club Pilates in San Diego is seeking an energetic Multi-Studio Sales Manager to lead sales across four local studios (Mission Valley, La Mesa, North Park, Santee). You’ll partner with studio leadership to strengthen the entire sales process from lead to Intro Class and membership decision, while actively selling and coaching the team.

This hands-on role requires coaching through real conversations, role play and hands-on support, with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales in a multi-location or studio environment.
• Proven ability to coach others to improve conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting sales efforts across four studios.
• Following up with leads and prospective members.
• Improving Intro Class booking, attendance and conversion.
• Coaching team on discovery, communication, follow-up and closing.
• Reviewing sales activity and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Re-engaging past prospects and missed opportunities.
• Supporting local lead-generation and community outreach efforts.
• Collaborating with Studio Managers to strengthen overall studio performance.
• Helping create consistency and accountability across the sales process.
