Club Pilates Marina Del Rey is seeking a dynamic Studio Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead membership growth. This role demands retail/service sales experience and strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of Sales Associates.

Key responsibilities include implementing sales processes, training staff, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have an affinity for fitness and be organized and detail-oriented.

A full-time or part-time position is available, with expected hours of 35 to 40 per week, including evening and morning shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training others.
