Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Foundry Engineering Lead to serve as the technical authority for our Palantir Foundry implementation. You will set architectural direction, build core data infrastructure, and govern data products used across internal operations and customer‑facing capabilities.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, and lead the technical roadmap to scale the platform while collaborating with Operations, Platform Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to translate business

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Palantir Foundry experience.
• Proven track record in leading data engineering teams.
• Strong Python and data modeling skills.
• Experience designing scalable data platforms.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of Foundry implementation for scalability and data integrity.
• Define technical strategy aligned with data roadmap.
• Own evolution of platform and governance standards.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Build scalable data pipelines and data models.
• Enable self-service analytics via data contracts and semantic layers.
• Collaborate with product/commercial to translate questions into data solutions.
• Implement data quality checks and data lineage governance.
