ATAIA Spa Club in Old Bridge, New Jersey, opens a new wellness destination and seeks a Concierge who can sense guest needs and balance conversation with quiet. You will guide guests through saunas, hammam, and relaxation spaces while maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere and helping guests become members.

We value warmth, emotional intelligence, and the ability to read a room. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting with genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• Warmth, emotional intelligence, and strong observation skills required.
• Comfort starting conversations and knowing when not to.
• Calm under busy conditions; flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests throughout ATAIA
• Keep relaxation areas calm, comfortable and uncrowded
• Anticipate needs before guests ask
• Make thoughtful recommendations and warm membership introductions
• Rotate across all three Guest Services functions
