ATAIA Spa Club in Old Bridge, NJ is opening a 25,000-square-foot wellness destination and seeks a friendly, socially confident leader to run day-to-day guest experience. You will lead cross-trained Spa Hosts, Wellness Coordinators and Concierges on the floor, own reservations, coach the team, and respond to guest concerns, helping bookings stay full and guests feel cared for from hello to goodbye.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or guest-experience experience with supervisory or team-lead responsibilities.
• Warmth, emotional intelligence and calm problem-solving.
• Comfort with scheduling, reservation systems and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Spa, luxury hotel, resort or private club experience preferred.

Compensation: $60,000- $82,000 per year, based on experience and KPI goals

Lead the team that makes every guest feel cared for, from hello to goodbye.

We're looking for a friendly, socially confident and emotionally intelligent leader to run ATAIA's day-to-day guest experience. You'll lead our cross-trained team of Spa Hosts, Wellness Coordinators and Concierges, and you'll be on the floor, not behind a desk.
