Job summary

ATAIA Spa Club is a new 25,000-square-foot wellness destination opening in Old Bridge, New Jersey. We are seeking Spa Hosts to welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and guide guests through the experiences, from the banya to the snow room.

You will rotate between Spa Host, Wellness Coordinator, and Concierge, supported by cross-training and a team-driven environment in a brand-new venue.

Qualifications

• Warm, welcoming personality.
• Attention to detail with transactions and systems.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Front desk, hotel or spa experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out smoothly.
• Process payments accurately and securely.
• Answer questions about experiences, from the banya to the snow room.
• Support rebooking and make warm membership introductions.
• Rotate between Spa Host, Wellness Coordinator and Concierge.
