Job summary

ATAIA Spa Club in Old Bridge, New Jersey seeks detail-oriented team members for an Operations Attendant role. You will be cross-trained across housekeeping, locker rooms and the bathhouse and spa floor, from the banya and hammam to the snow room and cold plunges to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Hospitality instincts and situational awareness.
• Comfort working around heat, humidity and water.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• CPR/AED and First Aid, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Keep locker rooms, showers and guest areas clean and guest-ready all day
• Keep towels, robes and amenities stocked before they run out
• Walk the bathhouse, assist guests and watch for safety concerns
• Report maintenance issues and protect guest privacy
• Help keep the atmosphere calm and welcoming
