Job summary

ATAIA Spa Club is opening a 25,000-square-foot wellness destination in Old Bridge, New Jersey and seeks a Wellness Coordinator to keep services flowing smoothly and bookings productive. You will connect guests with Spa Services, Guest Services and the provider team.

You’ll monitor schedules, guide guests, and support post-treatment rebooking while learning a broad menu of services, from massage to dry float and platza. This is a frontline, growth-focused role.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and schedule awareness.
• Warmth with low-pressure sales.
• Comfort with booking and spa-management software.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Spa or appointment-based business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests to their treatments at the right time and place.
• Monitor provider schedules, fill openings and manage wait lists.
• Follow up after treatments and support thoughtful rebooking.
• Know our menu, from massage and facials to dry float, body wraps and platza.
• Rotate across all three Guest Services functions.
