Job summary

Omnea in the United States is seeking a Founding Technical Solutions Consultant to join a high-performance team shaping procurement with AI. You’ll bridge Product and Customer teams, tailor configurations, troubleshoot integrations, and help define the product roadmap while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You’ll work with world-class customers and join a growing startup backed by top investors, with potential for meaningful ownership and rapid career growth.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong technical foundation in engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and startup experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Digest customer requirements, overcome technical barriers, refine configurations, and tackle integrations, including complex demos.
• Provide primary support, manage Eng tickets, and drive customer success beyond platform use.
• Collaborate with Product to shape roadmap, write engineering tickets, and prioritize features.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead internal tooling improvements and create training and technical documentation.
