Job summary

Builders is seeking a founding Technical Recruiter to build an AI-native recruiting agency. You will work directly with the founders of Pensive and partner companies, defining roles, sourcing exceptional candidates, and closing offers.

You will help hire high-quality engineers quickly while delivering an excellent candidate experience, and help shape our recruiting strategy, processes, systems, and tooling as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of technical recruiting at a fast-growing tech company or top agency.
• Strong grasp of technical skills and engineering organizations.
• Proven closer with senior/staff-level hires in competitive markets.
• Able to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Familiar with AI, automation, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Define roles with founders and source candidates.
• Close offers and place engineers quickly.
• Shape recruiting strategy, processes, systems, and tooling.
• Collaborate with founders of Builders and partner companies.
