A pioneering AI firm is seeking a Founding Recruiter to lead technical recruiting efforts. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process, partner with founders for hiring strategy, and manage candidate pipelines across various technical domains. Ideal candidates should have 4-8 years of recruiting experience in startups, and the ability to work closely with technical leaders. Founding Recruiter – Technical Recruiting

Banking is being reimagined—and customers expect every interaction to be easy, personal, and instant. We are building a universal banking assistant that millions of U.S. consumers can use to transact across all financial institutions and, over time, autonomously drive their financial goals. Powered by our proprietary BankGPT platform, this assistant is positioned to displace age-old legacy systems within financial institutions and own the end-to-end CX stack, unlocking a $200B opportunity and potentially replacing multiple publicly traded companies. What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, AI/ML, Product, Platform, DevOps, and Security
• Partner closely with founders and senior technical leaders on role definition and hiring strategy
• Build high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing and targeted outreach
• Run rigorous, founder-level screening conversations focused on signal and depth
• Maintain an extremely high bar—optimize for long-term builders, not short-term hires
• Design structured interview loops and help drive hiring decisions
• Independently manage priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of technical recruiting experience in a similar environment
• Demonstrated startup / scale-up experience, ideally Series B–D
• Strong domain preference with experience recruiting GTM talent for AI or Customer Experience companies
• Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior technical leaders
• Self‑managed, comfortable operating with ambiguity and outcome-oriented
• Willingness to be on-site in Palo Alto and act as a culture carrier

• $180,000 – $200,000 base + bonus
• $200,000 in equity
