Job summary

Town is hiring its founding technical recruiter to own how we find, engage, and close engineers who will define the company. You’ll partner with the founders and leaders to personally carry our most important technical searches across backend, AI product, infra, and related roles.

You’ll help build the systems behind interview loops and evaluation criteria, and you’ll use Town’s product intimately to make sourcing dramatically more efficient. This is a rare chance to shape Town’s early growth.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering (staff backend, AI product, growth, etc.) and possibly product & design.
• High-touch, thoughtful candidate experience at every touchpoint; you are often the first Town touchpoint.
• Help build and maintain infrastructure for fast hiring, high signal, and repeatable processes.
• Recruit for Town on Town, leveraging our product to source, outreach, and coordinate efficiently.
