Job summary

Omnea is seeking a Founding Talent Lead (US GTM) to own end-to-end GTM hiring and build scalable US talent foundations. You will source, outreach, develop pipelines, and close candidates, reporting to the Head of Talent.

In year one, focus on pipeline quality, partnering with GTM leaders, and hitting hiring targets while shaping process for scale. This role demands 5+ years in high-growth startups, exceptional execution, and a proactive, owner mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-growth startups with GTM focus.
• Track record of exceptional execution in recruiting or business development.
• Ruthlessly focused on outcomes with strong organizational discipline.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for ownership and business-building.
• Strong bias to action; able to hire for both volume and niche roles.
• Clear, persuasive communication; able to engage senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM hiring for US market.
• Build pipelines via strategic sourcing and outreach at scale.
• Coach hiring managers and shape scalable hiring processes.
