Omnea is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end GTM hiring in New York. You will define and execute a high-quality hiring engine for go-to-market roles, from sourcing to close, while partnering with senior leaders to shape role specs and success profiles.

You’ll coach interviewers, refine scorecards, and build strong outreach campaigns to attract top-tier talent, embedding with leadership to scale with Omnea’s growth.

• 5+ years in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Track record of building and scaling hiring engines.
