Kepler is hiring a senior Talent Acquisition leader in New York to own the recruiting strategy for technical roles. You will drive sourcing, relationship-building, and high-volume pipelines while partnering with executives to shape our employer brand and growth.

You will own senior searches, craft outbound campaigns, and build a scalable talent function with the CEO and strategy teams. This role requires strong networking and a proven ability to attract top engineers in a fast-moving startup

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in recruiting, with a track record of hiring technical talent.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience building recruiting from scratch and managing high-volume pipelines.
• Data-driven with ability to measure funnel performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with strategy & operations and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own talent strategy and all recruiting processes at Kepler.
• Lead senior searches and close top engineers.
• Design and execute outbound recruiting campaigns.
• Partner with executives to build employer brand and pipeline.
• Manage relationships with investors and network to attract candidates.
