You will partner with the founders, scale the talent pipeline, craft compelling narratives, and push unconventional ideas to attract top people who share our dare-to-change vision. Based in NYC or willing to relocate, you thrive in ambiguity.

• You are a hunter, fluent with AI tools, and relentless in sourcing.
• You have run full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• You obsess over candidate experience and brand-building in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire funnel: sourcing, screening, and closing end to end.
• Sculpt and scale a talent pipeline, partnering closely with founders.
• Tell a compelling story to attract top candidates and build Hera's narrative.
• Iterate recruiting approaches, balancing volume with craft.
