Job summary

Kepler is seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to lead the hiring of engineers and strategic roles. You will own the talent function, design outreach strategies, and turn a decade of relationships into a scalable hiring machine.

You’ll work with a small, high-caliber team and shape the future of Kepler’s engineering and product teams. You’ll build live searches, run targeted campaigns, and partner with investors and partners to attract and close senior engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, most of it technical, with hands-on sourcing and closing.
• Experience building recruiting from scratch and shaping the funnel with data.
• Ability to run campaigns to win senior engineers and manage long relationship cycles.
• Familiarity with AI tools for automation and candidate outreach (e.g., Claude, Ashby).

Responsibilities

• Own talent at Kepler: define who we pursue, how we win them, and how fits scale as we grow.
• Turn relationships into live maps of top targets and design winning approaches.
• Lead senior searches and close key hires, including standout engineers.
• Build and run outbound strategies and partner with agencies as needed.
• Participate in shaping employer brand and candidate experience.
