Job summary

JETSET Pilates seeks Founding General Manager to launch a new studio. You will recruit and develop the team, collaborate with ownership, and drive pre-opening momentum, community engagement, and member acquisition.

After opening, you’ll run day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and lead ongoing growth while delivering exceptional client experiences. You’ll complete Instructor Training Academy, teach 6-8 classes weekly, and stay active in-studio at 25+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or premium service.
• Proven track record building and leading high‑performing teams, ideally across locations or pre‑opening contexts.
• Strong business and sales acumen with ability to coach others to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Launch readiness: lead community building, partnerships, marketing and pre-sale campaigns.
• Team development: recruit, hire, onboard, and develop founding instructors and studio leads; coach performance.
• Studio launch & operations: establish processes, schedules, staffing, vendor readiness, and launch day execution.
• Sales & business development: drive founding memberships and monitor pre-sale metrics and KPIs.
• Ownership partnership: provide updates on launch readiness and identify process improvements.
• Post-launch: manage ongoing operations and support multi-unit growth as the brand scales.
