Job summary

JetSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to lead a new studio from the ground up. You’ll partner with ownership to recruit, train, and energize the team, build community relationships, and establish operational excellence for a successful launch.

After opening, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive membership growth, and maintain an exceptional client experience while teaching 6–8 classes per week and remaining active in the studio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or general management, preferably boutique fitness or hospitality.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong sales mindset with track record of pre‑opening momentum.

Responsibilities

• Lead community building and studio launch activities to drive early membership.
• Build and coach founding Instructor and Studio Lead teams pre‑opening.
• Establish operational processes, schedules, and launch readiness.
• Drive founding membership sales and pre‑sale campaigns with coaching.
• Provide regular updates to ownership and scale successful systems.
