We are seeking a Store Manager to shape the brand experience and store operations, delivering an engaging environment for customers while developing the team. The Store Manager will lead merchandising, presentation, and daily processes to optimize sell-through and store performance, with a focus on inclusion, community engagement, and operational excellence.

Formación

• 5+ years store leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Proven track record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant processes and their impact on the business.
• Experience coaching, counseling, and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
