URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is expanding Reclectic in Nashville and seeks a Department Manager to drive an engaging store experience. You will work with the Store Manager to elevate the customer journey, optimize product flow, and lead a diverse team in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities span brand representation, visual merchandising, and operational excellence to grow store sales. The role requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store leadership experience
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
• Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Be a brand representative reflecting company values and collaborate on engaging visual experiences for Reclectic customers.
• Support Store Manager to optimize product flow, store operations and visual merchandising to create a compelling atmosphere.
• Deliver genuine customer experiences and interpret feedback to improve store interactions.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and retention for a diverse and engaged team; support development and growth.
• Assess scheduling needs and manage team availability to align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess product sell-through and identify opportunities for improvement.
