Job summary

Reclectic is opening a new store in Opry Mills, Nashville and seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, sales and guest experience. You will balance visuals with space efficiency while upholding the Reclectic brand ethos in this community-focused role.

You will mentor and develop the team, manage scheduling and payroll compliance, drive merchandising excellence, and partner with Home Office to optimize performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Proven record of hiring and developing talent.
• Strong merchandising and brand presentation understanding.
• Experience coaching, counseling, and resolving conflicts.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Emulates URBN values and acts as a local Reclectic brand representative.
• Partners with Leadership to balance visuals with efficient space use.
• Leads and supports the team to elevate store experience through operations, merchandising, and presentation.
• Cultivates a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and staff.
• Interprets customer feedback and team insights to improve experience and operations.
• Engages the community by networking with local businesses for collaborations.
