Reclectic is expanding with a new location at Opry Mills in Nashville, TN. We seek an Associate Store Manager to support daily operations, drive an engaging retail experience, and collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize efficiency.

You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, and contribute to community engagement. The role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and a passion for the Reclectic brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant processes and how they impact the business.
• Experience coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and leadership in executing brand strategy and store visuals.
• Lead and develop the store team; recruit, onboard, and train new hires.
• Engage with community and local partners to promote Reclectic.
• Oversee store processes to optimize profitability and customer experience.
