URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for our new Reclectic location at Opry Mills, Nashville. You will engage customers, process transactions as a cashier, and keep product flow organized to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, enjoy teamwork, and can work flexible hours including nights and weekends. You should be able to lift boxes and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights and weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture.

Responsabilités

• Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions.
• Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping to maintain a well-kept, clean store.
• Processes sales for the customer accurately and efficiently as a cashier.
