Scalar is hiring a Solutions Engineer to join the San Francisco office. You will take ownership of technical demos, POCs, and API integration work alongside a founder-led sales motion.

You will build demos, migrate docs, and generate SDKs across languages, while shaping the standard for how we present and support customers. The role sits at the intersection of sales and engineering, requiring strong TypeScript skills, deep API knowledge, and a bias for hands-on problem solving in a fast-growing,

Qualifications

• Customer-facing technical work experience required.
• Proficient in TypeScript and live integrations.
• Deep API knowledge: OpenAPI, JSON Schema, auth flows.

Responsabilités

• Lead live demos and POCs against real APIs.
• Migrate docs and replace legacy docs sites.
• Generate SDKs across multiple languages.
• Set up Agent Scalar MCP servers and demos.
• Build a repeatable sales motion with demos and POC scoping.
