Formación

• 3–9 years of technical experience in Developer Success/Developer Support, Technical Support Engineering, Developer Relations, or Customer Solutions at an API-first / developer-tool company.

We are representing a high-growth, Y Combinator-backed AI infrastructure company in San Francisco.

They are rebuilding core communication infrastructure for the autonomous era—providing an API-first email platform specifically engineered for AI agents. Having already processed hundreds of millions of events for top AI builders, they are operating at massive scale with a lean, world-class team.

The Opportunity & Impact

As the Founding Developer Success Engineer, you will completely own the developer experience end-to-end.

This isn't typical tiered support or reading scripts. You will sit directly alongside the founders and early engineering team, acting as the primary technical partner to elite developers integrating the API into production. You will debug complex integrations, write SDK code examples, author high-impact documentation, and translate customer friction directly into product features.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Developer Journey: Guide technical builders from their very first sandbox integration all the way through to high-scale production reliability.
• Build Developer Resources: Write compelling code samples, technical guides, and API documentation to streamline onboarding.
• Drive Product Roadmap: Act as the voice of the developer internally; partner with core engineering to turn real-world builder feedback into shipped product improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–9 years of technical experience in Developer Success/Developer Support, Technical Support Engineering, Developer Relations, or Customer Solutions at an API-first / developer-tool company.
• High Agency & Velocity: A bias for action—you thrive in fast-paced, high-intensity startup environments without layers of bureaucracy or red tape.
• Exceptional Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts simply, crisply, and empathetically to external software engineers.
