Job summary

Turgon is hiring a Founding Solutions Architect to be the technical conscience of the sales team. You will collaborate with Account Executives to turn skeptical CIOs and engineering leaders into believers through hands-on POCs and live demonstrations.

You will map legacy data, configure agents to ingest and map data, and showcase a live solution in days, bridging Sales promises and Engineering reality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture experience.
• Data Fluency: SQL and data schemas.
• Builder mentality with scripting (Python) to hack solutions.
• Enterprise communication: articulate value to CIOs and execs.
• Understand migration-focused services, not just tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win: lead discovery and validate fit.
• Execute live Proof of Concepts with customer data and migrations.
• Create tailored demos addressing client use cases.
• Handle objections from security/architecture teams and explain safety.
• Provide product feedback from POCs to prioritise roadmap.
