Job summary

TURGON is building the world’s first Agentic IT Modernization platform. We’re seeking a Product Manager to own expansion into data modernization and multi-agent orchestration, working directly with the CEO and CTO to define high-value problems our customers still rely on traditional SIs to solve, and define the new agents and capabilities we need to build to take that work over.

You will bring order to the roadmap, rigor to the build process, and a deep curiosity about what the best AI products

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with exposure to enterprise software and infrastructure.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into scalable agent-based solutions.
• Technical fluency to discuss data schemas, APIs, ETL, and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Roadmap: prioritize what to build and sequence features for delivery.
• Expand Agent Capabilities: define digital employees and multi-agent orchestration.
• Customer-Led Discovery: embed in sales to capture CIO feedback.
• AI-First Mindset: apply AI thinking to product decisions.
• Optimize Delivery Engine: improve speed, cost, and accuracy.
