Turgon AI is seeking a Delivery Manager who will play a pivotal role in client delivery, managing key relationships and engagements. You will translate client needs into actionable tasks and develop methodologies to streamline processes across multiple functions.

With 5–10 years of relevant experience, you will work in a dynamic environment, need strong executive presence, and have a builder mindset to navigate challenges while contributing to AI solutions in enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a high-growth B2B startup or management consulting.
• Ability to run steering committees and navigate between technical teams and leadership.
• Proactively spot new opportunities and understand complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with the client's program lead and manage status and risks.
• Earn trust from engineering, product, sales, and client teams.
• Codify engagement learnings into reusable templates and frameworks.
