Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Founding Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions Sales Manager to build and lead a high-growth team of SMB Account Executives. You will drive coaching, development, and performance in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Senior Director of IT Sales.

You will partner with Solutions Engineers and other teams to translate customer needs into Rippling Data Cloud value, manage pipelines and forecasts, and shape hiring and ramp-up for new hires to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managerial experience in tech sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
• Ability to forecast team performance accurately.
• Ability to collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives.
• Assist the team through strategic sales cycles by mapping customer needs to Rippling Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions.
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment.
• Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
• Identify and recommend improvements in processes, efficiency and productivity.
• Lead the team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Participate in hiring and ramp-up of new team members.
