Airwallex is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the US Mid‑Market segment. This role is foundational to building our US GTM efforts and will engage with decision-makers to generate and qualify opportunities.

Based in San Francisco or New York City, you will join a growing team and help shape processes, partnering with AEs to drive early-stage opportunities and global feedback on strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 12 months experience in sales, account management, or any related customer service
• Start‑up, fintech, or software B2B experience

Responsibilities

• Lead founding SDR efforts for the US Mid‑Market team and shape early processes.
• Generate and cultivate leads through strategic messaging to decision-makers.
• Collaborate globally to inform US go-to-market strategy.
• Target companies with 500–2,000 employees and $100k ACV.
• Be part of the founding GTM team reporting to Head of Mid‑Market.
• Based in San Francisco or New York City.
