Job summary

SyntheticFi, LLC is hiring a proactive SDR to build our outbound sales process from the ground up. Based in the U.S. and eligible to work here, you’ll identify new prospects, create targeted campaigns, and drive qualified meetings for the sales team.

You’ll own scripts, sequences, and follow-ups across cold calling, email, and social channels, collaborating with Sales and other teams to optimize conversion and learn rapidly from results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales development or outbound sales.
• Experience with cold outbound prospecting via calls and emails.
• Familiar with CRM platforms to manage prospects and pipeline data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to financial advisors and prospects.
• Use cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified meetings.
• Identify new prospect segments and outreach opportunities.
• Write and test scripts, voicemails, and email sequences for outreach.
• Own the pre-meeting prospecting process and CRM activity.
• Experiment with new outbound strategies and tools; refine approaches.
