Job summary

SuiteOp is seeking a relentless Sales Development Representative for our NYC headquarters. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, AI-assisted research, and high-velocity outreach to property managers and hospitality operators across North America.

You will spearhead the top of the funnel with a phone-first approach and build a strong pipeline for Account Executives. You’ll use AI tools to sharpen calls, craft personalized messages, and run multi-touch sequences, aiming for 100+ dials daily

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven phone-first track record with 100+ dials/day and meetings booked through real conversations.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in sales or work context with concrete examples.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound dials per day to property managers and hospitality operators across North America.
• Book 4 qualified demos per day for the Account Executive team.
• Own your pipeline, research accounts, craft personalized outreach, and follow up relentlessly.
