2 Brothers Moving & Delivery is hiring founding sales reps for our Medellín office. Sell premium residential moving services to US customers, handling inquiries from first call to booked move without a script.

You’ll contribute to building a scalable playbook in a fast-growing company with ambitious expansion plans. In your first year you’ll ramp to strong revenue figures and a high conversion rate, with commissions that incentivize performance.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level; communicates with US clients
• Natural connector who listens, adapts, and solves rather than pushing a script
• Resourcefulness; think on your feet and figure things out
• A sales result you're proud of, from any industry
• Full comfort with outbound: cold calling and persistent follow-up
• Hunger for upward move and growth in a founding seat
• Legal authorization to work in Colombia
• CRM experience (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Consultative sales — take inquiries from first call to booked move
• Outbound & follow-up — build your pipeline with cold calls and follow-ups
• Customer experience — follow up after the move and earn reviews/testimonials
• Process discipline — keep the CRM accurate and follow the sales process
