Leads are provided; training and ongoing coaching start day one. This role rewards performance in a high-volume environment, with base plus commissions and uncapped earning potential. Moving brokerage experience is a strong plus and inside sales candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in phone-based sales or inside sales is required.
• Background in moving brokerage sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and guide conversations toward a close.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the Fort Lauderdale office Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers requesting moving quotes and guide them through the booking process.
• Present pricing, services, and options clearly and professionally.
• Apply proven sales techniques to close deals efficiently on the first call and through follow-up.
• Manage pipeline activity and maintain organized notes on every prospect interaction.
• Work within CRM systems to track performance metrics and manage open opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects to secure bookings and reduce drop-off.
