2 Brothers Moving & Delivery in Panama City is seeking a driven Sales Manager to build and lead a sales team selling premium residential moving services across the United States. The role is in-office in Panama City; you will create the playbook and own the numbers.

You will recruit, train, and coach reps, handle complex moves, and monitor metrics to report to leadership. Travel to Portland HQ is required quarterly, with a strong base plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level or better; all customer conversations are with US clients.
• Demonstrated track record of sales results with numbers.
• Experience leading people to tangible, measurable results.
• Ability to teach and build a sales playbook for a team.
• Comfort with outbound sales: cold calling and business development.
• Valid US visa for business travel (B1/B2 or similar).

Responsabilités

• Sales Team Leadership — recruit, train, coach the reps and run weekly meetings.
• Direct Sales & Key Accounts — handle complex moves and sell alongside the team.
• Sales Systems & Playbook — build the playbook and onboarding processes.
• Metrics & Forecasting — monitor KPIs and report performance to leadership.
