• Proven experience building or leading sales teams, ideally in a startup or fast-growing tech company.
• Strong outbound sales skills and the ability to independently generate and close new business.
• An established network of decision-makers and buyers in the AI ecosystem.
• Experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements and data licensing deals.
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial and leadership skills.
• Previous experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or VP of Sales.
• Experience scaling an early-stage sales organization.
• Strong relationships with AI labs, model developers, or ML platforms.
