Databook in Palo Alto seeks a Director of AI Product Development to lead design, build, test and shipping of agentic AI workflows for large enterprise sales teams. You report to the CEO and collaborate with Applied AI engineering, Data & Insights, and GTM Strategy to deliver impact.

This leadership role requires sharp judgment, deep enterprise selling knowledge, and a track record shipping AI applications in production.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience building and shipping software for enterprise customers with product leadership responsibility.
• Strong enterprise sales domain knowledge and experience building products used by GTM teams.
• Proven record of designing, building, testing and deploying AI applications in enterprise production.
• Refined product taste; ability to distinguish generic outputs from CRO-ready results.
• Confidence with senior customer stakeholders, including CROs and executives, with concise communication.

Responsabilités

• Define the product experience and turn strategy into agentic workflows relied on by sellers and sales leaders.
• Build on the World Model to integrate CRM, opportunities and forecasting with agents and actions.
• Partner with Data & Insights to ensure coverage, freshness and data confidence appear in the product.
