Responsibilities

• Lead the revenue performance for a team of AI Sales Specialists.
• Recruit, hire, and ramp 6–8 AEs.
• Own a small portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Set operating cadence for pipelines and forecasts.
• Represent Sonar at industry events and customer meetings.
