On behalf of our client, Recruiting from Scratch is seeking an exceptional Sales Leader to drive growth at one of San Francisco's fastest-growing AI startups.

The Opportunity: Join a well-funded, profitable startup that's revolutionizing enterprise technology. You'll work directly with founders who have successful exits under their belts, leveraging cutting-edge AI sales technologies developed by an in-house growth engineering team.

Who You Are:

  • A current analyst/associate in private equity, investment banking, or wealth management (1-2 years experience)
  • Someone who has successfully cold-outbounded their way into opportunities others thought impossible
  • A direct communicator with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited about building something from scratch

What You'll Do:

  • Own the entire sales cycle, driving revenue through both outbound and inbound opportunities
  • Acquire strategic logos that enhance the company's market position
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to identify and execute new revenue opportunities
  • Help build the playbook for explosive growth

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in finance (wealth management, banking, growth equity, VC)
  • Maximum 3 years out of college
  • Previous internship experience at prestigious firms (e.g., UBS, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs)
  • Based in SF and excited about working in-person
  • Ready to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
