Job summary

Mintive is growing fast and expanding its revenue engine with AI-native agents across marketing, sales, and partnerships. You will design and implement scalable RevOps systems, automations, and data foundations to empower reps, partners, and customers.

You will report to the Head of Revenue and collaborate with founders on high-impact initiatives. The role is hybrid in the Bay Area, with offices in San Francisco and/or San Mateo.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in RevOps, sales ops, or GTM engineering.
• Experience shipping production systems with AI agents.
• Ability to define and own data-driven revenue engine metrics.

Responsibilities

• Map and automate the most impactful workflows across marketing, sales, support, finance, and alliances.
• Build agents that research, route leads, chase follow-ups, and enable co-sell with partners.
• Engineer a single source of truth across departments so agents can act confidently.
• Launch new motions with automation and instrumentation from day one.
• Transform signals into automated plays with clear ownership and next steps.
