Mintive is growing fast and building a revenue engine powered by agents and automation. Join a small, efficient team to develop data, systems, and agent capabilities that dramatically boost rep productivity and pipeline velocity. This hybrid role is based in the Bay Area, working from San Francisco and/or San Mateo offices.

You’ll report to the Head of Revenue and help shape decisions from within the engine. The position emphasizes building impactful, scalable solutions rather than manual tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in RevOps, sales ops, GTM engineering, or a similar role.
• Experience shipping real systems: production agents or automations.

Responsabilités

• Map workflows and automate top revenue-impact processes.
• Build agents that do the work and increase selling time.
• Engineer a single source of truth for marketing, sales, support, finance, and alliances.
• Launch new motions with automation and instrumentation from day one.
• Turn signals into action with automatic plays and owner assignment.
