Mintive is rapidly growing and opening new go-to-market motions. We seek a mid-level builder who will design and scale the engine that powers reps, partners, and motions, making the sales process faster and more efficient.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Sales in a hybrid Bay Area setup from our San Francisco and/or San Mateo offices. You’ll combine building data foundations, agents, and automation to reduce busywork and increase productive selling time.

Qualifications

• Shipped real systems with production agents.
• Measured impact in hours saved and revenue uplift.
• 4+ years in RevOps, sales ops, or GTM engineering.

Responsabilités

• Map every workflow and automate the biggest ones to reduce manual steps.
• Build agents that perform work and advance revenue, not just describe it.
• Engineer a single source of truth across marketing, sales, support, finance, and partners.
